Haul Off
Rollepaal offers you an excellent program of state of the art haul offs, with state of the art motor control technology. The program is designed for accuracy, socketing and ease of use during production and during start-up situations. The Rollepaal haul off range is suitable for continuously pulling of thermoplastic pipes, which are produced by an extruder and pulled through the cooling line. The tracks of the haul-off are controlled by separate servo motors. A very accurate and constant hauling speed is obtained via the servo controller thus maintaining a uniform speed for each track, important to prevent pipe deformation.Our haul off deries can be executed in various configuartions and numbers of tracks, depending on the application.
