Horizontal mixer HM
With the Horizontal Mixer HM Reimelt Henschel offer a superior concept for highest capacities. In many application fields of bulk material processing the overall capacity of an entire prodcution line can only be completely utilized with the integration of a Horizontal Cooler Mixer FM. The selected detail solutions and their consequential implementation in the mixing technology again demostrate our practical experience of moer than 50 years. Downstream a heater mixer FM or MB, the FM solely provides an optimum utilisation of the cooling water. Thanks to the specific design of the mixing tools and cooling circuit, highest efficiency is guaranteed. The HM is as well able to convince entirely when utilized as Universal Mixer for large batch sizes. In construcion sizes from 2,000 litres, very short cycle times can be achieved with hgihest mixing quality, even for complex tasks and problematic characteristics of the applicable raw material.
