Hopper loader AS

The hopper loader of the ASPIROPLAST AS series are the system more economic and flexible for the feeding the material over the transforming Machine. The electronic control specific for each hopper loader permits the regulation for all the parameters (stop time, feeding, filter cleaning and proportional valve). The polyester filter with big superficies give to the Aspiroplast AS an autonomy between one cleaning and the other. In the using of very dusty material, with the Model AS 150 is possible to have the feeding with the filter cleaning type “FILTER SHAKER” one device that shakes the filter without leave dust residues in the environment. With the Models AS 50 and AS 80 the filter cleaning (included) is guarantee by rotating air blast. Exception of PIXIES; All the hopper loaders AS series can be equip with the proportional valve VPA; the easy building, and the particular movement and plugging that give it an optima reliability also with the granule more difficult. For a perfect installation, we recommend the use the insulated technology to guarantee a solid fixing of the unit to the injection moulding or extruder machine.
